vehicle rental was not what I would expect from RYF, but first use, and BOOM. great friendly service, delivery the afternoon I placed the order, and courtesy follow up afterwards. could not have been smoother! will be my first call moving forwards!
Very satisfied with our switch to RYF four years ago. An efficient company backed up by an equally efficient service from the AA. User friendly website for self management online but always available on the phone or email for rapid customer service if required. We have a small fleet but would think that the benefits for a much larger fleet would be very attractive.
Run Your Fleet have played a key role for our company Halesowen Self Drive three years running. with the AA on board too, its a great fit when it comes to supporting my customer if they ever need assistance with rapid response times. The main feature is Run Your Fleet portal system. Here you can add and take off vehicles also upgrade or degrade your level of recovery assistance with out the need to call them. it all works on a monthly basis which is handy if you have a fleet that's rotating often. you can also check back on any vehicle breakdown history which is all logged for records. If you have a fleet of vehicles, Run Your Fleet for us, is priority in maintaining our high level of service.

The staff at Run Your Fleet provide us with a consistent and helpful service with all aspects of running our company vehicles, they are always willing to help. Currently we utilize the online dashboard facilities which is a fantastic way of managing my vehicles and allows me to add vehicles to our account trouble free.
Their rental service is superb, availability and pricing along with our account facilities have helped us on a number of occasions we have been in need of a vehicle at short notice. Overall, we have found our experience with Run Your Fleet a very happy and beneficial one.
